Karen Fenton, a familiar figure within the Southwell property scene over the past 20 years, will be returning to Southwell working from the offices of estate agent and letting agent Alasdair Morrison and Partners on King Street from November.

Karen has spent the last three
months at the Newark office of Alasdair Morrison & Partners becoming
familiar with the residential lettings market so she can provide an all-round
property service when she takes up her new role as Property Sales Consultant in
Southwell.

“I’ve really enjoyed my time in Newark, working

delighted to be returning to Southwell as my heart really lies in negotiating
and progressing residential sales.
“I can’t wait to meet new and past clients to help them find their dream home.”
Karen believes
in an ‘Open Door’ policy and looks forward to welcoming new clients to the
Southwell office, as well as renewing acquaintances with past clients and
colleagues.
