• Preparing particulars of the property and distributing to our mailing list

• Preparing and arranging advertising in the local paper and internet

• Arranging viewings for prospective tenants

• Taking up references on all prospective tenants using an independent referencing company

• Informing the landlord of current safety regulations relating to letting residential property

• Preparing the Tenancy Agreements

• Collecting the first month’s rent and deposit

• Carrying out an inventory (if Alasdair Morrison & Partners Tenancy Deposit Scheme is used)
