ProHIP Home information packs

Alasdair Morrison and Partners are proud to be associated with ProHIP Ltd, a local company providing quality Home Information Packs for private clients on an individual basis and bulk orders from Estate Agents and Conveyancing firms alike.

ProHIP Ltd are affiliate members of The Association of HIP Providers (AHIPP) and also subscribe to the HIP Code. ProHIP's surveyors are also qualified members of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors).

All residential properties coming to market must by law have a Home Information Pack containing the following information:-

An Index A Property Information Questionnaire An Energy Performance Certificate A Sale Statement Evidence of Title (Title Register and Title Plan) Local Authority and Water and Drainage Searches Leasehold Information (if the property is leasehold)

ProHIP can also undertake Home Information Packs with specialist requirements for a small additional fee (for example Unregistered or Leasehold properties).
