Independent Valuations

Residential, Commercial and Agricultural written valuation reports in respect of property value, which can be used for a variety of purposes, including mortgage security, taxation, probate and family issues. Market value and reinstatement costs for insurance purposes are included.

RICS Homebuyers Survey and Valuation (Residential Only)

This intermediate level survey involves a detailed inspection and commentary on all visible aspects of the property, including relevant services, along with a market valuation and reinstatement cost for insurance purposes.

Building Survey (Residential and Commercial)

A detailed inspection and report, commenting on all visible elements of the property, which also includes information relating to the method of construction, condition of the structure and and likely future repairs. A reinstatement cost for insurance purposes is included and a market valuation can be added on request. This survey is recommended for individual or specialist properties - particularly for large, extended or older properties.
