- Preparing particulars of the property and distributing to our mailing list
- Preparing and arranging advertising locally and on the internet
- Arranging viewings for prospective tenants
- Taking up references on all prospective tenants using an independent referencing company
- Informing the landlord of current safety regulations relating to letting residential property
- Preparing the Tenancy Agreements
- Collecting the first month’s rent and deposit
- Carrying out an inventory (if Alasdair Morrison Lettings Tenancy Deposit Scheme is used)
