Property market comment for Newark and Southwell

To begin with I would just say that our knowledgeable teams at Southwell and Newark have seen and survived property markets just like the one we are currently experiencing, says Chris Pick. So in our eyes, it’s certainly not time to panic if you’re looking to sell or buy a property.

Our teams at both offices have recently been strengthened. At Southwell, we have welcomed back our Office Manager Faye Wiltshire from her maternity leave, as well as two new faces to the team: Liz Statham and Emily Bamford as Sales Consultants. And at Newark, Dawn and Tammi have welcomed back experienced Valuer Wendy Potts.
